Certified Circular Operational Excellence Professional (CCOEP)
The Certified Circular Operational Excellence Professional programme is a five-day, competency-based course designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills to improve operational performance while applying Circular Economy principles. The programme integrates Operational Excellence, Lean and Continuous Improvement methods with resource-efficiency, waste-reduction and value-recovery strategies to help organisations build more efficient, resilient and sustainable operations.
Through guided instruction, workplace-based case studies, practical exercises and a capstone improvement project, participants will learn to analyse processes and resource flows, identify operational waste and hidden losses, evaluate circular opportunities, develop practical solutions, establish meaningful performance indicators and prepare an actionable implementation roadmap for their organisation.

The Workplace Communication Administrator is a two-day foundation programme designed to develop practical communication skills for everyday workplace effectiveness. The programme concludes with a practical Workplace Communication Improvement Plan that participants can apply within their organisation.

Through practical exercises, simulations, writing assignments and presentations, participants develop competencies in verbal, written, interpersonal and digital communication, active listening, negotiation and conflict management. The course equips participants to communicate clearly, professionally and confidently with colleagues, supervisors, customers and other stakeholders.

Leadership and Team Performance Administrator
The Leadership and Team Performance Administrator (LTPA–Foundation) is a two-day programme designed to develop essential skills for leading people, strengthening teamwork and improving workplace performance. Through practical case studies, team activities and leadership simulations, participants learn to adapt their leadership styles, communicate expectations, motivate employees, delegate responsibilities, provide constructive feedback and manage team conflict. The programme concludes with a practical 30-Day Leadership and Team Performance Action Plan.

The Certified Leadership and Team Performance Professional (CLTPP) is a five-day professional certification programme designed to develop capable and responsible workplace leaders. Through case studies, leadership simulations, team exercises and coaching practice, participants strengthen their skills in situational leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, delegation, employee engagement, conflict resolution, change leadership and performance management. The programme concludes with a practical Workplace Leadership and Team Performance Improvement Project.

Practical Bookkeeping and Basic Accounting for Non-Accountants
Practical Bookkeeping and Basic Accounting for Non-Accountants is a five-day practical training programme designed to equip participants with essential bookkeeping and accounting skills for everyday workplace application.
