Five-Day Professional Certification Programme
About this programme
The Certified Circular Operational Excellence Professional programme equips workplace professionals with practical competencies to integrate Operational Excellence, Circular Economy principles, Lean improvement, resource optimisation, waste reduction, ESG considerations and continuous improvement into day-to-day operations.
Participants learn to analyse process and resource flows, distinguish value-adding work from operational waste, identify root causes, assess circular opportunities, develop waste-to-value strategies and establish practical controls for implementation.
The programme combines structured instruction with realistic operational cases, diagnostic tools, workshop exercises and peer review. Across the five days, participants progressively develop a workplace improvement project that links productivity, resource efficiency, risk management and sustainability outcomes.
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to present a measurable Circular Operational Excellence proposal supported by a clear baseline, a practical business case, an implementation roadmap and relevant performance indicators.
