About this programme
The CTWPSS Foundation Programme develops the essential thinking and problem-solving competencies required to address workplace issues systematically and make better decisions.
Participants learn how to define problems accurately, gather and evaluate evidence, differentiate facts from assumptions, identify root causes, generate practical solutions and prepare an achievable action plan.
The programme uses workplace cases, problem-solving exercises and team simulations to ensure participants can apply the tools in actual organisational situations.
